Terms of Service

Once purchased you have the right to reproduce by printing, DTG [Direct To Garment] printing, screen printing or any other method of applying our Designs on your product(s) in any quantity for an unlimited time frame.


You may use any Design(s) purchased from the ‘http://designsfactory.ecrater.com/’ website including, but not limited to the following purposes:

Screen prints, digital prints and reproductions in any quantity for clothing lines or brands;

Advertising and promotional collateral and printed materials;

Online or electronic publications, including web pages.

You may change the colours, add text, modify the design if you have the skills and toolset to do so. You may not resell the design even if you have modified it.

You may transfer files containing the Designs to your clients or other third parties for the purpose of reproduction, provided that such parties shall have no further rights to use the Designs for profit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the Design(s) do not break local trademarks and copyright laws. This includes any words or elements. 'http://designsfactory.ecrater.com/’ holds no responsibility for legal action taken against the purchaser breaching local laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not provide a copy of Designs, or any part thereof, to any person or legal entity or allow any person or legal entity to obtain access to the Designs, or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted above. You must not use any of the Designs including but not limited to the following manner:

(a) resell, share with your friends, colleagues, give away, repackage, or redistribute any Design in any way, for free.

(b) make available the original source files for download or resale.

(c) use any Design in a manner that may be considered to be pornographic, obscene, defamatory or libellous in nature;

(d) use any Design in a manner which depicts a person in a potentially sensitive subject matter;

(e) sub-license, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute any Design;

(f) post a copy of any Design on a network server or web server for use by other users; or

(g) transfer the rights to any Design or accompanying materials, except as specifically provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
